This video is to teach the breathing exercises program with the fifth movement.

In addition, this specially designed movement focuses on Ying and Yang energy in your body.  It further strives to highlight the following major functions:

  1. Yin and Yang represent two opposite yet complementary energy forces. Yin is associated with cold, dark, and passive energy, while Yang is associated with warm, bright, and positive energy. Through ongoing practice of this movement, you may be able to balance Yin and Yang energy in your body and further adjust the energy flow among internal organs.
  2. Practicing the breathing exercises with this specially designed movement can enhance the function of your cardiopulmonary system.
