  2. 4 Weeks Guidance Plan
We accompany you on a 4-week journey to ease your back pain.
This plan provides consecutive weekly guidance to improve your back condition.
In the first week, we start by identifying the fundamental reasons behind your back pain and offering natural solutions for you to practice.
Weekly online guidance meetings will be held to assess your progress. Based on your progress, we’ll provide more personalized guidance. If you have any questions along the way, we can      address them during these sessions.
The guidance includes, but is not limited to, specially designed movements, suitable exercise recommendations, daily habits, and maintenance techniques to support your back health.
