Depression and anxiety disorders are different, but people with depression often experience symptoms similar to those of an anxiety disorder, such as nervousness, irritability, and problems sleeping and concentrating. But each disorder has its own causes and its own emotional and behavioral symptoms.
In these days, depression and anxiety are very common mental health issues. The cause of this condition is varied by each individual. Through many cases I have been dealing with, I found for most of the cases, the reason to cause depression and anxiety are 30% from outside factors, such as stress from work and daily life, emotion, some life situations changed …. But if analyzing the further deeper source of depression, I reckon 70% of physical health conditions, even those conditions may be still unnoticeable yet.
Because the body function is not in the best condition as it should, gradually, start impacting mood and mindset, further may feel mentally not easy to calm down. Because the mind is always in ruthless, cannot rest properly, thus, more negativity is generated. That is the circle to cause depression and anxiety.
So, to cure depression shall not rely on medication. It’s better to understand your body, intentionally amend the physical health condition for the better, further, align with body and mind. Your depression can be naturally cured.
